Our classic, dark roasted Colombian offering is characterised by a sweet and fruity flavour that’s typical of Medellin. The roast is comprised exclusively of 100% Arabica, non-acidic Excelso FNC beans that are ethically and sustainably sourced.

The beans are produced by a number of Associations and Cooperatives in the area, all of which are made up of small and medium sized farms.

Rich volcanic soils and sloping hills offer varied micro climates and terroir that help produce the unique characteristics of the roast.

We’ve worked tirelessly to ensure our beans are of the highest quality, as well as being sourced ethically and sustainably. This helps us to support the industry, the farmers and of course… their goats.
