At Clumsy Goat Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with your brew, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all equipment and unopened coffee products. If your order isn't quite right, we are committed to making it easy to get the beans or gear you actually need.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee bags remain sealed and equipment includes all original manuals and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
