Consistent and Reliable Espresso Grinding

For lovers of Eureka's ever-popular Mignon range of grinders comes the Eureka Mignon XL.

It offers everything from the Specialita but with larger burrs, quicker operation, improved consistency, easier stepless adjustment (due to the larger dial) and a Mignon Mat Kit included in the box. We run one in our showroom here at Clumsy Goat HQ and we've been really impressed by the consistency of the grind and clarity of the espresso produced.

The Mignon XL features premium grinding quality, thanks to Eureka's patented Diamond Inside burrs (65 mm) that preserve the optimal burrs' sharpness longer than any other blade type and ensure a steadier granulometry over time.

Besides this, the XL is also packed with many of Eureka's most popular features including Silent Technology that reduces grinder sound output in use to around about 60 dB; simple "High Speed" maintenance, without losing the grinding setting; All-purpose rubber coated fork for "Hands-Free" operation, suitable to any kind of filter holder (also naked) due to the special geometry and adjustable support; high-speed grind dispersion; step-less micrometric regulation system for quickly and easily adjusting grind fineness output; and the ACE anti-clumping system which ensures consistently fine grounds make their way out of the grinding chamber.
