It is a single boiler heat exchanger machine with a rotary pump, 1.8L boiler and 2.9L water tank. It also features an anti burn steam arm and anti burn hot water pipe, which are really nice additions.
It is a very solid machine for the price, and offers a great user experience for anyone looking to get into espresso.
It differs from the Cellini Classic by featuring a commercial style rotary pump. These pumps are more substantial and allow you to make multiple drinks more quickly. You can also pull shots and steam milk at the same time much more easily.
Another benefit is that you have the option to use the internal water tank, or to connect the machine to a mains water supply, which makes it much more capable in a low volume commercial setting. Please note that we would strongly recommend using an external water filter if connecting to the mains. We can supply these on request.
