Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu captures the unique aromas and flavours of this world-famous citrus fruit. Yuzus were indigenous to South East Asia. They are a hybrid of a mandarin and the ichang papeda, and have similar aromas and flavour notes to lemons. Japan is the largest global producer of Yuzus are producing over 27,000 tonnes every year. • Use 15-30ml per serve for cocktails, 30ml for Frappés and milkshakes, or 15ml for iced teas and lemonades, depending on recipe.
