MONIN Caribbean syrup offers a rich, slightly smokey, caramel flavour notes and aromas. MONIN Caribbean syrup was developed as part of our ‘virgin flavour range’ to help create delicious non alcoholic alternatives without sacrificing flavour in beverages. Rum is a liquor made from fermenting then distilling sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice. MONIN Caribbean syrup is perfect for use in iced coffees, Frappés, cocktails and mocktails.
