Limes are used for both the acidity of the juice and floral aroma of the rind. Many classic cocktails such as Gin and Tonic, Caipirinha, Margarita, Mojito and Cuba Libre have the tart, aromatic flavour of lime at their heart. Add MONIN Lime syrup to lemonades, iced teas, cocktails and mocktails.
