MONIN Praline syrup has the sweet nutty, indulgent aromas and taste with notes of almond and caramelised sugar. Praline originated in France in the 17th Century. Praline comes in a variety of forms today. European praline is chocolates filled with a mixture of ground sugar coated nuts. American praline the original praline recipe has been altered by replacing almonds for pecans and the addition of cream to create a thicker, creamier texture. Both varieties are scrumptious. MONIN Praline syrup is perfect for use in Coffees, Hot Chocolates, Frappés, Cocktails and Mocktails.

• Flavour: Notes of caramel on the nose with a rich and buttery praline taste.
• Used in coffee-based drinks, hot chocolates and hot drinks, milkshakes, Frappés and dessert drinks
• Use 15-20ml per serve for hot drinks, 10-25ml for cocktails, 20-30ml for Frappés and milkshakes, depending on recipe
