Brew tips (quick start)

1. Use fresh, medium-grind coffee (e.g., 60–70g per litre of water).
2. Fit a paper filter, rinse, add coffee and level the bed.
3. Fill the tank to your target volume, start the brewer and let it run.
4. Swirl the carafe (mixing cap helps) and serve.
